In compliance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the “protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”, through this information, we would like to make you know the practices adopted by Planning S.r.l. for the processing of your personal data.

For a greater understanding of the information we specify some definitions given by the 2016/679 regulation and exactly:

Personal data – Any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, also indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

Sensitive data – Data that reveal the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union belonging, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to identify in a univocal way a natural person, data relating to health or to the sexual life or sexual orientation of the person.

Object and purpose of the treatment

The Data Controller processes the personal identification data (personal details, contact details, educational qualification and professional role) hereinafter referred to as personal data that you have provided when registering on our web platform. These data will be processed for the performance of services entrusted by you to the structure as well as for accounting purposes.

The Data Controller hereby requests authorisation to process data also for the purpose of promoting further events and conventions organised by the company; as well as for auditing, research and analysis in order to manage, protect and improve our services.

Modalities of data processing

The processing is carried out in a computerized manner, in the manner and within the limits necessary to pursue the above purposes and in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in such a way as to protect your privacy.

Provision of data

The provision of data is mandatory in order to use the service. If you do not want to provide the above data we would be unable to provide the requested service.

Legal basis

The processing is necessary for the execution of the course delivery service.

Storage period

The data will be processed and stored by the Data Controller until your possible request for revocation.

Communication and dissemination of data

The data is communicated to external functional managers for the supply and maintenance of the software used. The data collected will not be disclosed.

Disclosure and transmission of data

Your data may be disclosed to companies and/or professional firms that provide consultancy, assistance and collaboration to the data controller in accounting, administrative, fiscal and legal matters, to public administrations for the performance of their institutional functions and within the limits established by law, to Scientific Societies, such as SIC and EACR, for informative purposes.

Rights of the Data Subject

As a Data Subject, you have the rights set forth in Articles 15-23 of the GDPR, namely the right to:

  • access his/her personal data;
  • obtain rectification, supplementation, deletion and restriction of their personal data under certain conditions;
  • receive the personal data provided to the data controller in a structured and commonly used format, and to transmit it to a different data controller;
  • object to the processing of personal data;
  • not be subjected to an automated decision-making process;
  • obtain notice in the event of a serious breach of their data;
  • withdraw consent to processing at any time;
  • file a complaint before a supervisory authority.

Requests should be addressed without formality to the Data Controller, including through an appointee.
Such a request must be responded to appropriately without delay. The request shall be addressed to the Controller by e-mail to fad@planning.it.

The Data Controller undertakes to make the exercise of rights as easy as possible.
